Product introduction
◎ Slot forming machine: It is composed of a feeding hopper and two rollers with slots. The purpose is to increase the surface area of materials. The material is sucked in by the inner running roller and cut into granules by the reversed outer scraper.
◎ Horizontal extrusion molding machine: composed of feeding hopper, two rollers and U-shaped vibrating screen. For the purpose of increasing the surface area of the material, the granulating material contacts with the vibrating screen, and is forced out of the screen by the rotating roller to form cylindrical particles.
◎ Roller granulator: composed of feeding hopper, two rollers and vibrating screen. A granulator designed to increase the material area. The material is in contact with the vibrating net, and the material is forced into the net through the round-trip movement of the roller to form circular particles.
