Pinzheng Drying recently delivered several high-speed homogenizers in a week. This set of equipment is a new type of mixer developed by our company with excellent technology both inside and outside the group. Its main features are as follows:
1.Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the bottom feeding paddle will continuously feed the bottom material up along the simple wall, and the upper material will fall down from the center, so that the material circulation will form a vortex.
2.High-speed leaf pulp will completely break the quick-loaded materials sent by the feeding leaf pulp.
3.Due to the high-speed rotation of the two kinds of leaf pulp, the material can be mixed evenly in a relatively short time. Its mixing speed and uniformity are beyond the reach of various domestic mixers. The mixed material has no particles in the middle, and the mixing uniformity reaches 100.
4.Open the discharge valve, the discharge speed is fast, and the equipment is easy to clean.
5.The material contact part of the machine is made of stainless steel, which will not cause material volatilization, deterioration and loss during the mixing process.
6.This machine is suitable for mixing dry and wet materials of different proportions evenly, especially for mixing various complex mixed materials such as chicken essence, medicine granules, beverage granules, etc.
